VIRTUAL DRUM SOLO CHOREOGRAPHY CLASS
I hope that you are doing well in light of the current health crisis.
To lift our spirits, I'll be hosting a virtual weekly class using the link in the invitation below.
We'll learn an entire drum solo choreography during the #stayhomeanddancechallenge
I'll be teaching my choreography to Artem Uzunov's 'I Wanna Dance".

This is a mixed-level class for anyone who wants to join and modifications will be offered.
Cost: Sliding Scale Donation ($0-$15 per class)

Through movement and music, you will learn some sassy, fun combinations to add to your  dance repertoire or to get down with when you are dancing with your friends at the next party.

We will work on getting grounded and letting the feeling of the music flow through your body.
The greatest part about dance is when it becomes YOUR OWN.
 You will be dancing, smiling and having a great time burning calories.

please wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated.  yoga or workout wear is perfect.  we typically dance in bare feet though ballet slippers or dance sneakers work well too!
